HostReady is operated by 100M Sp. z o.o. (Polish company, EU VAT PL8133855259),
headquartered in Rzeszów, Poland. We sell digital compliance document
packages — fill-in-the-blank templates with step-by-step instructions for
hosts to handle their own registration and ongoing compliance, without hiring
a lawyer or accountant.

We launched in 2024 for the Polish CWTON rollout and expanded to 5 EU
markets in 2026 ahead of EU Regulation 2024/1028 enforcement (20 May 2026).

## Required documents for EU STR hosts (universal core)

Across all 5 markets, STR hosts need:

1. National STR registration number (CWTON/CIN/RNAL/ΑΜΑ/NRUA)
2. House rules / regulamin / regolamento / regulamento / κανονισμός
3. Fire safety declaration + extinguisher + smoke detector + CO detector
4. Evacuation plan posted at entrance
5. Guest register (digital or paper) with mandatory data points per local law
6. GDPR privacy notice for guests (Greek implementation: Νόμος 4624/2019)
7. Tax registration (PL: ryczałt 8.5%, IT: cedolare secca 21/26%, PT: IRS Cat. B,
   GR: φόρος διαμονής €0.50–€10/night by category, ES: by autonomous region)
8. Liability insurance (required IT, recommended elsewhere)
