HostReady Terms of Service

§ 1. General provisions

1. The HostReady service ("Service") is operated by 100M Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Franciszka Kotuli 48, 35-122 Rzeszów, Poland. Polish VAT ID: PL8133855259. Commercial register: KRS 0000885682.
2. The Service offers digital products - compliance documentation packages for short-term rental (STR) operators in the EU.
3. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§ 2. Definitions

• Buyer - natural person, legal entity or organisational unit placing an order.
• Product - digital content (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ICS) delivered after payment.
• Package - a set of Products offered as Starter, Standard or Full Compliance.

§ 3. Placing orders

1. Orders are placed via the form at /checkout, providing email, full name and selecting a Package.
2. After submission the Buyer is redirected to Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. to complete payment.
3. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.

§ 4. Payments and prices

1. Prices for non-PL locales are denominated in EUR (gross), with VAT calculated by Stripe Tax based on customer location (EU OSS).
2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland.
3. An invoice is issued automatically when the Buyer ticks "I need an invoice" and provides a tax ID.

§ 5. Delivery

1. Products are delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation.
2. The Buyer receives an email with download links and access in the "My account" panel.
3. Download links remain active for 30 days from purchase.

§ 6. Nature of products

1. Products contain document templates, instructions and checklists based on EU Regulation 2024/1028 and applicable national legislation.
2. Products do not constitute legal advice and do not replace consultation with a lawyer, tax advisor or fire safety expert.
3. HostReady is not liable for errors arising from incorrect template completion, false information or failure to follow instructions.

§ 7. Licence

1. The Buyer receives a non-exclusive licence to use the Products for their own purposes.
2. Templates may be filled in for any number of the Buyer's own properties.
3. Resale, public sharing or distribution of Products to third parties is prohibited.

§ 8. Complaints

1. Complaints should be sent by email to: contact@hostready.eu.
2. Complaints should include: order number, problem description and expected resolution.
3. We respond within 14 business days.

§ 9. Right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, where the consumer has expressly consented to such delivery.
2. The Buyer expresses this consent by ticking the corresponding checkbox during checkout.

§ 10. Final provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law as the Seller's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer's country of residence.
2. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Seller's registered office, without prejudice to consumer rights.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes do not apply to orders placed before they take effect.
