2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device while browsing. They help remember preferences, maintain login sessions, measure traffic and personalise content.

3. Cookie categories used

Necessary: required for the site to function (session, security, language preference). Without them, parts of the service may not work.
Analytics: anonymous data on how the site is used (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics).
Functional: remember your choices (language, region) and power the live chat widget (Crisp).
Marketing: measure ad campaign effectiveness (Meta Pixel, Google Ads), where active.

4. Analytics and marketing tools

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. Meta Pixel (Facebook) is integrated in the code and only loads when it is configured on the server and you have accepted marketing cookies in the banner; if you decline that category, Meta Pixel does not load.

5. Live chat (Crisp)

The site runs a live chat widget provided by Crisp IM SAS (France, crisp.chat), an external chat service provider. Crisp only loads after you give cookie consent (either "Accept all" or "Necessary only" in the banner) and is hidden on checkout pages. Crisp may store cookies in your browser to identify the chat session and processes the content of messages you send, your email address (if provided), and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) to handle the conversation.
